Caroline and Justin are married! They were married on May 14th in Kinston, North Carolina. I had a great time getting to know them both.  We went out to La Grange to a beautiful piece of property to do Caroline’s bridal portraits. I was very grateful to the family that allowed us to use their property. We really lucked out, both on Caroline’s bridal portrait day and their wedding day, because it was supposed to rain on both days. We were able to do the pictures we needed to do without getting rained on. I know I was praying for good weather along with many of Caroline’s family and friends. Caroline also brought her horse Gator along for some of the portraits. He was such a good horse. So, here are the favs!

:: Allisia & Revis ::

A few weekends ago I met up with Allisia and Revis to do their engagement pictures in Chadbourn and Lake Waccamaw North Carolina. My parents live in Whiteville, which is nestled right between the two, so Shannon and made a weekend of it and visited my parents as well. Allisia had some great ideas for “save the date” pictures. She did the wood-burning herself! I think she did an awesome job. I love her handwriting. If only my handwriting was as cute. I also made a sign for them which I plan to turn in to a wedding sign that they can display at their wedding…I might include an image somehow…we’ll see! I also had the idea to try and turn one of the images into a magazine cover. So, here are the favs. Thanks guys for a fun shoot!

These are fabulous! Some of my favorites…the ones where they’re laughing, the save the date poster,the first one, the b/w-she’s leaning on his back, the “magazine cover” . . . love them!
